Dein Link ändert natürlich einiges. Ich dachte zunächst es ginge um Wellness-Behandlungen im Hotel etc. aber nachdem es eine Art Home-Sweater für zuhause ist, würde ich auch sagen:
Bis auf den Kopf wird der ganze Körper von einem "Schwitzzelt" (ruhig auch in Anführungsstrichen) umhüllt.
