Nel documento, che contiene diversi capitoli attinenti a tutte le sfere organizzative e di gestione della Federazione, delle Leghe e delle società sportive, vengono anche proposti alcuni correttivi per rendere più competitivo e vicino alle regole di mercato il settore del calcio. Di seguito vengono elencati i punti più qualificanti dell’indagine che verrà tra l’altro consegnata agli organi federali e ai ministeri competenti.
