Italian to German translations [PRO]
Marketing - Sports / Fitness / Recreation / comunicato stampa calcio | | Italian term or phrase: per giusta causa sportiva | La normativa nazionale non contempla la possibilità di risolvere il contratto per giusta causa o *per giusta causa sportiva*.
So che risoluzione per giusta causa vuol dire außerordentliche Kündigung, ma come la metto con "sportiva" qui???

Es gibt vielleicht bessere Formulierungen, im Moment fällt mir aber keine ein.
Gemeint ist die Möglichkeit einer außerordentlichen Kündigung (noch vor Vertragsablauf), wenn der Spieler nachweisen kann, dass er in der vergangenen Saison in weniger als 10% aller Begegnungen zum Einsatz kam. In Italien scheint "per giusta causa sportiva" ein gängiger Ausdruck zu sein, vielleicht sollte man im deutschen Text mit einer Fußnote erklären, was genau damit gemeint ist.

oder negativ ausgedrückt: "es gibt keine Möglichkeit ...... auch wenn der Spieler in mehr als 90% der Begegnungen auf der Ersatzbank saß." |
