Это тоже плиты? И, если "перекрытие", почему во всех сносимых домах оно должно быть из плит? Приведите мне какую-нибудь ссылку на итальянском, чтобы "для лучшего понимания" я своими глазами увидел, что solaio di copertura - это плита перекрытия. Заранее благодарен.
для лучшего понимания перевожу: за верхнюю границу ПОСЛЕДНЕГО ЭТАЖА принимается верх плиты перекрытия либо верх основания кровли. Как видите, про кривые плиты никто и не думал.

В связи с возникшими "вопросами" уточню свой ответ: эксплуатационное покрытие плоской крыши (кровли)
По сути:
Мне возразили: "в вопросе речь идет об элементе конструкции, плите перекрытия(???)" Где эта плита перекрытия? solaio di copertura? (может, тогда "плита покрытия или кровельная плита?). Смотрим в источниках:

И почему, "из ж/б скорее всего"? Это тоже плиты? К тому же на сайте Proz уже переводили этот термин, правда, на английский - flat roof.

Оппонент, видимо, совершенно не представляет, о чем идет речь в приведенном контексте. А речь идет о том, что включать, а что нет в расчет объема работ по сносу.
