Уважаемые коллеги,

есть ли у вас уже наработанное клише для фразы в кавычках?

I prezzi e le condizioni potranno subire variazioni in qualsiasi momento, pertanto sono da ritenersi “salvo approvazione definitiva”.

Я бы написала: цены.... следует принимать в качестве ориентировочных в ожидании окончательного одобрения.

Но как-то "коряво" звучит...
