All’acquirente sarà consegnata al momento della sottoscrizione del presente atto una fideiussione bancaria da parte del venditore rilasciata dalla banca _______________(nome banca) dell’ammontare di Euro ____________________ (in parole), somma pari alla caparra penitenziale o confirmatoria. Ulteriori fideiussioni bancarie pari alle rate da pagare, come previsto al punto 3 (prezzo e modalità di pagamento), saranno consegnate all’acquirente al momento del pagamento delle rispettive rate.
