neutral  oldnick: судя по вариантам причин stallo, речь идет от отказе двигателя работать вообще.

agree  atche84: точнее барахлит (stallo все-таки "срыв"). Тут, oldnick, не совсем так - перегруженный (или на 2-х фазах) двигатель можно запустить, но до нормальных оборотов не доходит
