Ugotovila sem, da je "NOF" Nulla Osta di Fattibilità, vendar ne najdem ustreznice v SLO. Bi lahko prevedla "DOPOLNJENO DOVOLJENJE ZA IZVEDBO" ali celo "DOPOLNJENO GRADBENO DOVOLJENJE". Je to smiselno, če gre za terminal? Hvala!
Kontekst je:
"In fase di progetto esecutivo il proponente dovrà sottoporre a Verifica di Ottemperanza il NOF aggiornato. Qualora tale rapporto implichi variazioni progettuali rispetto a quanto indicato nel SIA (=Studio di Impatto Ambientale), il proponente dovrà sottoporre a nuova procedura di VIA (=valutazione di impatto ambientale) o di esclusione dalla VIA tali variazioni. In ogni caso,qualora il NOF o il rapporto di sicurezza definitivo impongano per le aree "Safety Zone" e "Area to be Avoided" raggi dal Terminale superiori ai 500 m, il proponente dovrà sottoporre a procedura di VIA gli impatti derivanti dagli incrementi di tali aree". |
