Il primo step di rilascio è eseguito dal richiedente che ha creato la RdA/RdC/OD (BA, codice generico uguale per tutti i richiedenti), il secondo dal responsabile del centro di costo/approvatore (nell’esempio 1A, ma questo codice è nominale ed abbinato all’utenza dell’approvatore), ed infine l’ultimo step è eseguito dal buyer che prende in carico la richiesta e crea il relativo ordine (BC, codice generico uguale per tutti i buyer):
esistono alcuni Gruppi Merce SAP per i quali, dopo l’approvazione del responsabile del centro di costo e prima della presa in carico da parte del buyer di competenza, è stata prevista una successiva approvazione da parte del responsabile della categoria a livello mondo/paese. |
