Según el De Mauro, "affidati": 2 agg., s.m. TS banc., che, chi ha ottenuto un fido.

Según la TAM, "fido": crédito, en cuenta corriente.

Personalmente no creo que esté hablando de una persona (deudores, prestatarios, tomadores de crédito, etc..), sino del control , custodia, etc. de dinero (deposito, inversión, etc.).

En el contexto más amplio del documento podrás descartar o confirmar esto que yo supongo.
