neutral  ARS54: ...l'italiano per qs. formula è piuttosto "premesso che..."

  -> "Premesso che..." corrisponde in spagnolo a "considerando que", "visto que..." Il senso è completamente diverso, soprattutto in ambito legale. "Ferme restando" corrisponde a "establecido que" .
