Italian to Spanish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / leyes | | Italian term or phrase: fuori ruolo | Traduzco parte del texto de un decreto legislativo (este concretamente http://www.camera.it/parlam/leggi/deleghe/testi/01165dl.htm) y no sé que hacer frente a un fragmento (entre asteriscos) de este artículo:
"I capi d'istituto che rivestano l'incarico di Ministro o Sottosegretario di Stato, ovvero siano in aspettativa per mandato Parlamentare o amministrativo o siano in esonero sindacale, **distaccati, comandati, utilizzati o collocati fuori ruolo** possono assolvere all'obbligo di formazione mediante la frequenza di appositi moduli nell'ambito della formazione prevista dal presente articolo, ovvero della formazione di cui all'articolo 29"
El problema es que, busque donde busque, para "distaccati, comandati, utilizzati o collocati fuori ruolo" encuentro una única traducción, que es "en comisión de servicios". ¿Hay diferencia o es que son sinónimos?
