sto traducendo il testo di una legge che regola i diritti e i doveri dei militari...

Il militare al quale viene impartito un ordine manifestamente rivolto contro le istituzioni dello Stato o la cui esecuzione costituisce comunque manifestamente reato, ha il dovere di non eseguire l'ordine e di informare al più presto i superiori.

Io ho tradotto come segue, ma quel "manifiestamente dirigida contra" non mi convince del tutto...

Todo militar que reciba una orden que esté manifiestamente dirigida contra las instituciones del Estado o cuya ejecución constituya un delito, deberá negarse a ejecutar la orden e informar sin demora a los superiores.

Explanation:
En derecho español se usa una expresión que, aunque no es exactamente igual, creo que si puede ser equivalente: "ordenes manifiestamente ilegales".
Así aparece en el art. 5 de la Ley de Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado.
