mantequilla reblandecida


Explanation:
Creo que el mejor adjetivo sea reblandecida ya que cuando se compra la mantequilla no esta blanda (es un bloque). Con el adjetivo reblandecido se da la idea de que antes de utilizarse tiene que ablandarse en otro sitio.
