Explanation:
fregiare significa "adornar" y fregiarsi "adornarse" - Fregiarsi di una condecorazione - adornarse con una condecoración (diccionario TAM). Sin embargo, me pregunto si no querrían decir "pregiarsi", en el sentido de poder complacerse de tener el título de campeón mundial....

... o si el verbo se ha usado correctamente, yo diría algo así como:

Desde 1990 hasta 2010 el vinagre balsámico de Módena podrá disfrutar del título Campeón del mundo... (¡qué raro que pongan esas fechas!)
