När jag googlar ser jag att uttrycket dyker upp i både banksammanhang och i resebyråverksamhet och betydelsens omfattning verkar mycket vid...någon som kan specificera? |

Hej! Varför inte bara översätta rakt av med "handläggningsavgift" ?
Jag tror det bara rör sig om en "extra avgift" som betalas in i byråkratiska sammanhang eller också när man t.ex. öppnar ett bankkonto eller vid köp av en viss tjänst via en mellanhand vilket verkar vara det här fallet. MVH Gabriella |
