Japanese to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Accounting | | Japanese term or phrase: 固定資産除却損 | From a balance sheet.
ALC says "loss from retirement of fixed assets".
This is all well and good, but when I look on Google, it seems that almost all the companies using this phrase are Japanese. When I try other combinations, such as "retiring fixed assets", "retire fixed assets", etc., I do get some US-based companies, but less than 50 hits.
Does anyone know if there is a better term, a term that is commonly used by companies in the US?
Thanks. |
