Japanese term or phrase:発送額発送率
This appears in a table concerning the confirmation of balances. It appears in contrast to 回収額/回収率 and under these terms are the numbers for "cash in bank and "accounts receivable." I understand what it means, but I'm just having trouble expressing it in a clear and precise way. I'm probably making it more difficult than it should be.

The three columns on the left of the chart are cash in bank, accounts receivable, and investment securities. Then we have yen amounts and percentages for final balance, 発送額発送率 and 回収額/回収率 respectively. That is all I have.
発送 could be translated in a number of different ways. Do you have any idea what is sent (発送)? Invoices? Merchandise? Demand of payment?

Explanation: I still cannot picture the chart you are looking at, but for 発送額, shipment value is what I see most. I'm not sure what 発送率 refers here.. It could mean a growth rate or a volume/value share.
