Japanese term or phrase: 発送額発送率
This appears in a table concerning the confirmation of balances. It appears in contrast to 回収額/回収率 and under these terms are the numbers for "cash in bank and "accounts receivable." I understand what it means, but I'm just having trouble expressing it in a clear and precise way. I'm probably making it more difficult than it should be.

Receivables claimed --claim rate
Explanation:

Thanks for your added info, yet it’s hard to tell exactly what they mean.

My guess is, as sigmalanguage-san implies, the terms might be related to “debt collection.” In particular, those terms appear in contrast to 回収額/回収率. I don’t know how you’ve construed 回収額/回収率, but here's another guess work:

発送額 receivables claimed
発送率 claim rate
回収額 rate of receivables collected
回収率 collection rate

I half-agree with sigmalanguage-san, but there’s a case where even a high-tech firm should tackle with uncollectable receivables today. The best way for you to find a solution for this is to get in touch with your client anyway. Good luck.

amount shipped / percentage shipped

Explanation:
Assuming that a slash (/) is missing between 発送額 and 発送率,
発送額 might mean the total value of goods shipped to buyers.
発送率 might mean the percentage of order fulfillment or, less likely, each buyer's share in the total sales (=total amount shipped) of this company.

I also thought about debt collection--like this company sends out (発送) invoices or letters demanding payment, but this is probably not the case since you wrote that this company is involved in high-tech industry. Their customers should be well-established manufacturers, so they should have no major collection problems.

All this is guesswork. Tell me if this guess does not fit the context.

shipment value/shipment ratio

Explanation:
I still cannot picture the chart you are looking at, but for 発送額, shipment value is what I see most. I'm not sure what 発送率 refers here.. It could mean a growth rate or a volume/value share.
