命数は償却期間または寿命のことではないでしょうか。これに相当する英語として考えられるのはthe number of years of an asset’s useful life、the useful life of an asset または the estimate useful life of an assetです。命数償却がどのような文脈で使われているのかわかりませんが、資産の命数について減価償却するということなら、depreciation over the useful life of an asset 、減価償却費用のことならdepreciation expense over an asset’s useful life または the total depreciation to be charged over the useful life of an asset のような言い方があるかと思います。
