Japanese term or phrase: ネガ・ポジ
I came across this in a table that goes of the process leading to product launch. I know it katakana for negative/ positive but does anyone know what it is referring to? The only definition I could find was for film...

Thanks in advance

Negative / Positive

Explanation:
I am just guessing since you didn't tell us about the product that you've seen. But I am sure it is related to "the polarity (+/-) " like a battery or other electrical connections.

negative(s) / positive(s)

Explanation:
As the asker told that it has something to do with the process leading to product launch, I'm nearly sure that these terms mean the negatives and positives (in the very sense of photography film) of the product (sports drink) to be used to produce its advertising materials.

Explanation:
The probably refer to photographs used for promotional materials. Not necessarily 'film', but could also be photo data. License-free pictures we download from sites like dreamstime.com are called 'rental positive' here in Japan.
