I want to translate the last half as "we are engaged in a wide range of activities," but I can't think of a way to translate "キーワードに" into natural English. "With 'health' as a keyword" sounds weird. "Keeping health in mind" doesn't sound right to me. |

I feel a more 'copywriters-inspired' approach should be used for this particular question, as this was posted under the 'Advertising / Public Relations' subject field. Correct me if I am wrong, but in this case isn't the client looking for more of a 'catch phrase' type translation, then a direct translation.
Something along the lines of:
"We engage in a broad mix of health care focused activities"

| Grading comment I agree about the copywriter approach for advertisements. It was hard to decide between your answer and "with an emphasis on health," but your sentence was more concise.
