For ”直接資材” such English words as “direct materials” will do. “設営” usually means “construction”. All in all, I think, this Japanese literally means “直接的に供給された設営資材” as my suggestion says. How about that?

直接仮設【ちょくせつかせつ】
構造物を建設するために直接必要な工事用の仮設。工事完成後撤去される。工事用道路・材料置場・足場・型枠・土留支保工・電気設備などのように工事に直接かかわりのある仮設物である。事務所・宿舎などは間接仮設になる。
