1 hr confidence: peer agreement (net): +1 | 咲分け言葉の花 The blooming of flowers varied by their speeches
Explanation: I just can help with the title of the second one. I am pretty sure is the name of the series and it's 咲分け言葉の花 (The blooming of flowers varied by their speeches).
You can see one of the prints of the series here (this is not exactly the same one you are translating, however).

I got the translation here:

The 咲 seems to be missing because of low quality scan.
Hope it helps.

Also got the name of the picture in the series: かゝあ = かかあ〔嚊〕 A wife.

Asker: Thanks - even just the title is quite helpful (although the English version sounds terrible! I'm glad it was not you who did it). It's a shame though that it hasn't [yet] enabled me to find the entire text online -- I suppose it's possible the book shown in Cinefil's link might have it. FWIW someone else has said that the text seems to be phrased as a letter from a man to his wife asking her to prepare money for his night out, which is possible, but I seem to remember reading elsewhere that this series contains text with first-person speech.
