Japanese term or phrase: ないとか？

This is the sentence it's from: 写真の展覧会をやっていました。７０年代のInner City　を記録するしゃしんてんでした。Inner cityは、いま、もう　ないとか？ I just can't figure-out 'nai toka?'.

My dictionary explains 'とか"as follows:
とか（連語）[格助詞「と」＋係助詞「か」]
・・・とかいうことだ

So, "～とか｡" can be translated as "I heard that", "it is/was said that", and so forth depending on the case.
