Mieczyslaw Munz
Explanation:
The pianist that you're looking for must be Mieczyslaw Munz. I think that writing "ミュチェスラフ" is rather uncommon, and that "Mieczyslaw" is often "ミエチスラフ". Another great Polish pianist, Mieczyslaw Horszowski, who lived 100 years old (1892-1992) (I regret that I missed his last appearance at Carnegie Hall due to his cancellation), is "ミエチスラフ・ホルショフスキ". The art of Mieczyslaw Munz is still available in CDs.

I just found other variations for his first name, like ¥"ミシェスラフ・ムンツ¥" and ¥"ミエツイスラフ・ムンツ¥". But, in any case, these names refer to ¥"Mieczyslaw Munz¥".
