Tech/Engineering - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / excavator
Japanese term or phrase: 走行つり
This is about the lifting capacity of an excavator.
Apparently, it can do 走行つり, but its capacity is lower in that case, compared to stationary operation.
最大つり上げ能力:2.9t x 6.0m(走行つり時は、1.5t)

What is the proper phrase for 走行つり? Lifting while traveling? Is there a more compact term for this task?

capacity/max lift when moving

Explanation:
I would say something like "lift capacity" or "max carrying load " combined with either "when moving" "when in motion" or "when rolling"

Or even simply "when in motion" because its implied your refering to つり上げ能力.

mobile lifting capacity

Explanation:
I would suggest mobile lifting capacity as opposed to stationary lifting capacity.
