This is the shudder that is felt as speed. This is the noun form of the verb ふわつく (to gently flutter). In car/vehicles a down-force effector is used to limit this. In bikes (usually sports bikes) this refers to the shudder felt across the handle bars at speed due to resonance, and is limited with a damper- a form of shock absorber. |
