Japanese to English translations [Non-PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / about stock markets
Japanese term or phrase: もみ合う展開
the context is:
高値圏でもみ合う展開

I think it means something like, prices are hovering at a high level, but I'm having trouble thinking of an idiomatic translation for this. What is the nuance of もみ合う?Would a headline in English really say "Prices are hovering at a high level"?
