Assignee or Transferred employee

Explanation:
Shukkousha (出向者) should be translated as 'Assignee' or 'Transferred employee (Transferee)'. A number of large multinational companies are using 'Assignee'.

If you are referring to Japanese practices, you have to be careful. 出向 (Shukkou) is defined as one employer's transfer of the rights on the usage of employees to another employer, per Chapter 625 of Japanese civil code. Transfer is normally supposed to be temporary but in some cases, permanent so that it is disputable in Japanese labor practices.

Secondment can be used in case the concerned employee has a date to return to the original employer.

In fact, Wikipedia has NO Japanese page on Secondment.

Example sentence(s):
  • John got transferred to a subsidiary in Rochester, MN. assigned by his boss in Rochester, NY.

出向」は、今までの会社との雇用関係(雇用契約)を維持したまま、別の会社の業務に従事する人事異動です。
http://www.mu-nagoya.gr.jp/mu/manu/case/case/400/data_405.ht...
