Japanese term or phrase: 中問題

This is on a test. The questions are numbered as follows:
問題1
問題2
問題3
and so on. But then at the end, there are three sections titled
中問題1
中問題2
中問題3
Under 中問題1 there are three multiple-choice questions: 問題95, 問題96 and 問題97. Under 中問題2 there are also three questions: 問題98, 問題99 and 問題100. And then there are three questions under 中問題3.

There is a paragraph to read under each 中問題 followed by the three questions. How should I translate 中問題? I can't remember the last time I took a test. It's a group of questions, so it's more of a section...

The most recent test I took being a language test, the first thing that came to mind was "reading comprehension." Although what is described in the link provided is a little different, I think "comprehension question" will get the idea across.
