次年度事業計画書のスローガンを英訳しなければならないのですが
その中に
「踊り場から脱出」という表現があります。

「脱出」は逃げ出す感じでpositive な印象を受けないので
break through という表現を用いて、
break through the plataeu や break through stagnancy を考えています。
