I'm not an expert in Chemistry, but these are the definitions I found in 研究社理化学辞典:

付加重合<addition polymerization>:1)重合鎖の末端に単量体が(水素原子の移動を伴わずに)次々に付加する形で連鎖的に進行する重合反応.
2)公儀には、縮合重合に対し、水・アルコールなどの単位な分子を脱離しない付加的な重合反応。

重付加<polyaddition>:付加反応の繰り返しによって進行する重合反応。反応が階層的に進む階段重合である。しばしば水素原子の移動を伴う。
