would anyone like to take a shot?

English translation:Misregistration occurs... on all, especially common in M (magenta)
Explanation:
This sounds like a comment on a printing press or printing device. 「版ズレ」means "registration problem" (one printing plate slides to a slightly different position than the other plates, causing colours to be messed up). In that context, M probably means the plate with magenta. This is part of the CMYK set, "Cyan Magenta Yellow blacK".

I think that 「0.5-1m、中は2.0m位ー全面まで」refers to where the misregistration occurs. The target term text box doesn't have room to type in this translation, but I think it's straightforward.

Double-check the source: is it really "m" as in "metres"? That's too large a distance to mean the size of the misregistration error. 0.5-2 "mm" as in "millimeters" is a terribly large but still plausible misregistration error. 0.5-2 metres is as big as or larger than most printing plates. My best guess is that the source is describing where on the plate the misregistration occurs: from 0.5m to the full length of the plate, centred at the 2m mark.
