Japanese to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Computers (general) | | Japanese term or phrase: APIの呼び出しを外す | | プラットフォームの設計仕様の次のフレーズから。「APIの呼び出しを外すことが可能であれば、ベースPFへ移植することが可能となる。」よろしくお願いします。 |
| | | English translation:remove API calls | Explanation: 「APIの呼び出しを外すことが可能であれば、ベースPFへ移植することが可能となる。」
I am taking a guess here, because I don't regularly see the acronym PF but I believe it could stand for "platform" and so the complete translation would be "If API calls can be removed then it will be possible to migrate to the base platform."
In computer programming API stands for Application Programming Interface and is usually talking about when an external library or such is called on for additional functions within a program. In this case it seems like it is talking about attempting to remove all calls to external APIs so that the software can be ported to the base platform that does not rely on any external libraries... Again though, without context this is just a guess. |
