Marketing - Cosmetics, Beauty / Makeup brush
Japanese term or phrase: コシ
In brush description: 肌あたりがよく適度なコシがあります。 Does "koshi" refer to "bounce" in this case, just like when it's used to describe hair? Thanks in advance.
