Japanese term or phrase:
This is from a fashion magazine. Used many times to describe bangs.
What does it mean in English?
toshism
Taiwan
Local time: 12:18
blunt/choppy
Explanation:
"パッツン" here is the way a fringe is cut straight without feathering. I think it comes from the sound of a big cut by scissors.
So, "前髪はパッツンのボブスタイル" can be "bob style with a blunt/choppy fringe".

You can also find many photos of such hairstyles if you do an image search with the term "パッツン", "blunt fringe", etc.

cut straight

Explanation:
bob/bang with front hair cut holizontaly straight
