I could get enough examples of "skin conditioning", the noun form of "condition one's skin", in Google.
There are far more examples of "skin care" there too. In fact, many sites (700+) including "整肌" also include "スキンケア" (I understand that they are both Japanese terms, though), so "skin care" may be okay.
