Cosmetics, Beauty | | Japanese term or phrase: パック化粧料 | | The only translation I have found is "pack cosmetic". Yet when I google "pack cosmetic" in English, all relevant hits (i.e., those where pack is used as an adjective rather than a verb) seem to be translations from Japanese. What is the difference between Face Pack and Face Mask?
Face Pack cleanses the face and removes the impurities from the skin. The face pack is also a wash off product.
Face Mask cleanses and removes dead skin cells. The face mask is a peel off product.

Face scrubs are very good as they slough away dead cells and give a glow to the dead and lifeless looking complexion. Take care not to use a scrub when you have angry looking pimples on the face. A scrub can at times aggravate the situation.
To make it easier use the scrub under the category of your skin type. The same with face packs. Use only what is suitable to your skin. Though the homemade packs are very gentle and will not cause any harm, do keep in mind, any allergies you may have.
Also, there are packs made for specific area such as "nose packs."

Explanation:
Like Shannon pointed out, パック here means mask which comes in many forms. However, to distinguish it from the mask you wear over your mouth, I think it is better to use facial mask.
Products or Cometics alone will do the trick for 化粧料 instead of cosmetic products.
