I'm not sure what the larger context is (whether it is about creams, plastic surgery, treatment, etc.), but in this case, I think simply 'eyes' should do. This is not a translation, but I'm sure would see things like 'Beauty consultation for eyebrows, eyes, and lips' as opposed to 'Beauty consultation for eyebrows, eye area/around the eyes, and lips'. Another alternative that I've seen, besides the ones you already suggested, is 'eye zone'.

Explanation:
