| Reference: 兼任
Reference information: As others have pointed out, the term must be 兼任. 兹 is a simplified Chinese character whose equivalent in Japanese is 茲 (with 草冠). The character is virtually non-existent in modern Japanese. I'm pretty sure that 兹任 is a typo/input error (but how?) for 兼任, someone who also teaches elsewhere.
