悪い姿勢は・・・
まず見た目が美しくありません。
実際の年齢より老けて見えたり、せっかくおしゃれをしても台無しになってしまいます。
それだけでなく、精神的、肉体的にも体に負担を与えることとなるのです。
悪い姿勢が習慣化してしまうと、悪い姿勢＝ラクな姿勢となり、改善がより困難になってしまいます。
姿勢指導は好評で、
「いい姿勢＝背筋を伸ばせばいいと勘違いしてました。」
「力を抜いてラクに立てるようになった。」
「この姿勢習慣が悪かったんですね。」
「お尻が前に出た。」

agree  xxxskellyfish: Yes, and some are trying to introduce the term "shisei" outside Japan: http://www.shiseiplus.com http://www.allbusiness.com/medicine-health/diet-nutrition-fi... "Shisei" is used in judo, so some English speakers know the word.

  -> Thank you, Yumico! Yes, it has that meaning, too. But, I believe that in this context it's about the "posture" of the physical body (for the children's health). Looks better, too! I have a cute cartoon on my fridge that says "Don't sit like a banana! :-)
