先の質問と同じ文書です。

「はんだボールが端子間に付着」という現象が生じたため、その対策として、「割りはんだの導入」とあります。
「割りはんだ」はGoogleで検索してもヒットがないのですが、別の言い方があるのでしょうか?ご教示よろしくお願い致します。

This is basically a total guess, but after snooping around a bit, I am wondering if this could be the same or similar to a 分割ハンダ。Really I have no idea, but maybe this could get you started on the right track?
