Japanese to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Electronics / Elect Eng / relays | | Japanese term or phrase: a接点 | It is the description of a terminal on a connector:
a接点リレー出力
What is the usual translation for 「a接点」?
My guess is "make contact", but I found references for "a contact", "arbeit contact" and "Form A contact" as well.

Based on the information on the Wikipedia page you linked to (電流を流したときに接点が閉じる) and a couple of net searches, I think it's just another name for a NO (normally open) contact (also mentioned right below that section).
