Japanese term or phrase: 胴体の長さの同一方向に巻きつける
前問と同じ個所から、「胴体の長さの同一方向に巻きつける」の部分が何をやっているのか分かりません。普通巻く方向は長さとはほぼ直角だし、同一方向ならば巻きつけるとは言わないし．．．

テープのポリエステル面を外側にして1~2㎜ラップで胴体の長さの同一方向に巻きつける。
この時ラップ部の位置は、各巻き回数ごとにテープ幅の約1/3ずつずらしながら指定回数を巻重ねて被覆するものとする。

Then the fourth layer should have the overlap again over the overlap of the first layer.
