「給水する水量と料金として収入のあった水量との比率… * 計画有収率＝計画一日平均有効有収水量÷計画一日平均給水量」
と定義されるようで、日本語として意味はわかる（要は、漏水率の反対？）のですが、英語でこれに該当する言い回しをご存知の方がいらっしゃれば、と思います。
