吐出 is "discharge" "air release" or "purge"
等流量線図 sounds like just a diagram showing the results of a test to the air compression unit when it is being subject to a standard base-line amount of power, with some time-ratio setting getting adjusted. I think "Uniform flow diagram" would be fine...
