Japanese term or phrase: 図面品

In an internal company document entitled "New Product Code System": 「図面品および規格品」
Also contains the term 図番、which I assume is short for 図面番号.
Is 図面品 a product that only exists on paper as yet?
If anyone knows a standard term for 図面品, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
