Hi:) Here is just a suggestion: "A could be used only in its currency rate-linked/related form. B could be used only when pegged to the currency rate." Although that both seem to be the same, I think 判定型 is related to something that is preliminary fixed in contrast to 連動型 which is more or less dependent upon certain changes. That's all I can assume without having the context.
