Japanese term or phrase: 「窓」を空けて
What is the meaning of 「窓」を空けて in the following context?

「窓」を空けて続伸し、昨年7月20日以来の1200円台を回復した。

I think it is uninterrupted rise. Please suggest.

agree  Jess B.: In Forex, it would refer to a market gap. Such as the price difference between the Sunday open and Friday close. (On GMT time)

continued rise since the trading has started

Explanation:
Hello:) I guess 「窓」 refers here to stock exchange trading and more specifically to resuming trading after a pause, i.e. "The company reported a continued rise of its stock prices since it has resumed trading, and returned to the 1,200-yen level that it used to report for some time from July 20, 2010 onward."

If the question is about an index, than I suggest "The index, marking a continued rise after it was relaunched/after its relaunch, is now traded again at 1,200 yen as it used to be for some time from July 20,2010 onward."
