I am not too sure about 分割・2回 part. 2回 is already 分割, then why they need to specify only 2回分割? And, payment from bonus cheque also could be 2回. There are many possible ways of understanding the contents. I think you should confirm before deciding depending on assumption. Is it possible to combine all the payment methods, or are they alternatives? Is it possible to use 1st and 2nd options together? There are several possibilities seen from different angle and wihout bias.

Although I haven't seen the 原稿, it looks to me that they are describing the various payment options available. (分割払い・2回払い・ボーナス払い)

分割・2回・ボーナスmay indicate that these are alternative payment schemes. Namely, the consumer may elect to pay in installment (分割）, or in two payments (2回）, or pay (in full) from his bonus check (ボーナス）。
